The bread has 3 ingredients: water, flour and yeast. You can add salt if you like. You combine the ingredients and let them sit for 2 hours, and then you are ready to bake your bread. SO SIMPLE. I plan on ordering their "Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day" because this bread is so good, that we probably eat way more of it than we should! Keating's favorite new snack is dipping bread in olive oil, which cracks me up that a toddler likes that. Its great as a sandwich and amazing for french toast. I could really go on and on. I'm a huge fan if you cant tell!
I want to try to change up this recipe by adding things like cheese or maybe olives to it. Has anyone tried this? Do you make your own bread? What are other ridiculously easy things that you are making at home instead of buying the processed version? Please share!
